“Coaching and Emotions” is an online course we have developed for coaches to develop their EQ coaching skills practically. The course is based on our EQ skills development model and covers the “10 Steps to EQ Development” in detail.
Our proven and robust approach to developing emotional intelligence can be integrated into your existing coaching framework because every human being has emotions. As a coach, you will work with your coachee to identify their challenging emotions and learn to shift to helpful emotions. This is not another assessment model but can be used for post-assessment EQ skills development.

Dan is a Coach, Trainer, and Author working with coaches and leaders worldwide. His background in education, 20 years as an ontological coach and 15 years delivering organizational and coach training have prepared him for this work. His roles have included working internationally as COO and CEO of Newfield Network considered one of the premier coaching schools globally where he was also a Senior Course Leader for eight years. He has advanced training in Ontological Coaching and Somatic Coaching and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Dan’s particular area of interest is emotions, and he is the co-author of a new book called “The Unopened Gift – A Primer in Emotional Literacy.” Dan has taught, presented to and coached leaders and organizations in the U.S., Canada, Europe, South Africa, Singapore, India, Pakistan, Latin America and Jamaica.
