Most people have learned emotions from their parents. What if their parents were emotionally illiterate? Make sure not to pass on your mistakes to the next generation.
Emotional literacy offers amazing possibilities for your children and you are the best source of learning for them. Schools and Universities are of little help to your children in the emotional domain because their curriculum is mostly focused on cognitive learning. Your child’s emotional literacy depends on you. You are the teacher they can rely on.
To make sure that you are not missing anything, we invite you to this online course developed by Dan Newby, PCC, best-selling Author and Emotional Literacy Coach. This online course will help you develop the emotional skills necessary for good parenting and teach them to your children.
Emotional literacy is the most precious gift parents and teachers can offer to children because it is a life-long asset and has many benefits including:
- Greater self-awareness
- Increased self-confidence
- Smoother relationships
- Enhanced academic performance
- Wiser choices
- Superior resilience
- Lower Stress
